**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our dental practice as a **Dental Hygienist cum Receptionist**. This dual-role position requires an organized, detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage clinical and administrative duties, ensuring smooth operation of the practice while delivering exceptional patient care and service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Dental Hygienist Duties**
- **Patient Care**:

- Perform oral health assessments, including reviewing medical history and conducting dental exams.
- Conduct dental cleanings (scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments) and educate patients on oral hygiene techniques.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
- Assist the dentist during procedures as needed.
- **Sterilization and Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of dental instruments and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards and protocols.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Update patient records accurately, including treatment notes and charting.
- Monitor and replenish clinical supplies.

**Receptionist Duties**
- **Front Desk Management**:

- Greet patients warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Schedule appointments efficiently and manage the clinic’s calendar.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Process billing, insurance claims, and payments.
- Maintain patient files and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless operations.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address patient concerns and provide accurate information about procedures and services.
- Communicate treatment plans and follow-up care instructions effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Shift allowance
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
