**Key Responsibilities**:
**Dental Assistant Duties**:

- Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures by ensuring all necessary equipment and instruments are sterilized and set up.
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including handing instruments and materials, suctioning, and providing patient comfort.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
- Maintain patient records and update charts with current treatment information.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, postoperative care, and preventive dental care.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety procedures.
- Perform routine dental lab tasks as directed.

**Receptionist Duties**:

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the clinic, creating a positive and friendly first impression.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including verifying insurance information and collecting payments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the clinic’s management system.
- Handle phone calls, answer inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth workflow and patient care.
