**Job Summary/Objective**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Techno-Commercial Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of our curtain and blind motors to A/V and home automation companies. The Sales Executive will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with key customers, understanding their technical requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with A/V and home automation companies to generate sales leads and opportunities.
- **Technical Consultation**: Understand the technical requirements and specifications of customers' projects and provide expert advice and solutions on the integration of our curtain and blind motors with their systems.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and technical documentation in response to customer inquiries and requests for proposals (RFPs).
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to secure orders and close sales deals. Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure timely closure.
- **Market Intelligence**: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and product enhancement. Provide feedback to management on market insights and customer needs.
- **Travel**: Travel to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events as needed to meet with customers, attend meetings, and represent the company.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Prepare regular reports and updates for management review.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
