**About the team**:Sales Ops team of Enterprise Merchants which supports the sales function with Data/Processes/Growth & other backend activities.

**About the role**: Responsible for deal approvals for onboarding of merchants through different Bank Channels & on aggregation model. Data management & tracking of KPIs to increase Net Rev at merchant level.

**Expectations/ Requirements **
- Good understanding of bank channel on-boarding & Acquiring Cost.
- Good in resolving issues/problems raised by the internal teams as well as by the merchant.
- Be proactive in looking for process improvements and implementation of the same
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and drive implementation.
- Timely and effective communication with internal departments for issue resolution
- Ensure appropriate systems and infrastructure are in place to track, evaluate and support
