**Role and Responsibilities**: GM/DGM - Finance
- We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced GM/DGM in Finance and Accounts.
- Proficient in making and consolidating Profit and Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), Cash Flow, and Cost Sheet.
- Well-versed in using Tally and other relevant accounting software for accurate and efficient financial record-keeping.
- Active involvement in the budgeting process, contributing insights and analysis to support financial planning.
- Design and revamp of business processes for existing and new projects leading to robust internal financial control systems and assist in process automation to reduce manual interventions and drive efficiency.
- Handle financial operations related to reconciliations and vendor pay-outs for the respective business verticals.
- Develop and maintain strong relations with banks and other financial institutions to ensure efficient working capital management and availability of funds.
- Oversee the preparation of necessary documents for submission to merchant bankers.
- Well-versed and hands on experience in GST, TDS, Taxation and other Statutory compliances.
- Should have very good experience in Account Receivable and Account Payable.
- Hands on Experience in MIS and Financial Reporting.

**Skills/ Competencies Required**:

- Proficiency with MS Excel and Tally
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles.
- Strong Financial modelling and Data Visualization skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:
CA / MBA Finance who has worked in startups/ mid-sized firms in similar roles handling end to end process of Finance & Accounting.

**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm or 10.00am to 7.00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
