Dear Aspirants

We are hiring for **AGM/DGM- Finance -Bangalore**

Minimum educational qualification:
Must be a chartered accountant at the least. A law degree and / or a costing degree will be beneficial to have.

Work experience:

- **Must have at least 14 years of experience as Chartered accountant in any Multinational Companies. Must be finance savvy, and be up to date on the central and state government budgets, rules, regulations.**

**Must have created a strong F&A practice in previous years.**
- **Must have worked with global companies having subsidiaries.**

**Area of expertise**:

- Must have extensive experience in managing finances and compliances for overseas subsidiary companies, reporting and adherence to all statutory norms.
- Must have dealt with corporate boards and interactions with board members, board compliances, be familiar with Internal and statutory audit norms, procedures, issues and advice accordingly.
- Familiarity with INDAS is absolutely necessary. Familiarity with US GAAP shall be preferable. Ability to map IND AS with US GAAP shall be required.
- Must exhibit thought leadership, alongside pragmatism, to stay ahead of the curve at all times, and to create strong relationships. Must be able to plan and operate within the sales and marketing budget and take complete ownership of opportunity conversion.
- Must be an excellent communicator in English, in written and oral forms. Must be able to hold attention by crisp and catchy presentations. Must be a complete team player and be able to contribute in crafting and realizing the geographic growth vision and mission of the company.

- Should exhibit poise and grace at all times. Must have a balanced mix of IQ as well as EQ. Must be able to multi task and deliver with conviction.
- Must be creative and innovative and not be hesitant to undertake calculated business risks. Must be adept at taking decisions, be responsible and accountable. Must exhibit patience and perseverance with all stakeholders and be gifted with the art of “know-how”, “know-when”, “Know-who”,“Know-where” and “Know-what”

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
