**1. Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

**2. Office Management**:

- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment, including computers, printers, and copiers.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, including coordinating conference room reservations and setting up conference calls.

**3. Data Management**:

- Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical.
- Manage databases and input information, data, and records.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

**4. Correspondence and Communication**:

- Handle inquiries and requests from employees, clients, and vendors.
- Liaise with other departments or external parties as needed.

**5. Financial Administration**:

- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll support.
- Process and reconcile invoices and expense reports.
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.

**6. Office Coordination**:

- Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for staff, executives, or clients.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including paperwork and orientation.

**7. Other Duties**:

- Perform other administrative duties as assigned, such as filing, scanning, and copying.
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Handle basic HR tasks, such as maintaining employee records and assisting with recruitment processes.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion with sensitive information.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles may be beneficial.
- Previous experience in office administration or a related field may be required or preferred.

**Salary**: ₹10,207.31 - ₹28,116.02 per month
