
Client Service Representative

**Position Overview**: As a Client Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Your role will involve addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify and troubleshoot client issues, coordinating with internal teams to find solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring all information is updated in the client management system.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather client feedback and communicate insights to relevant teams to improve services and processes.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about company products and services to provide informed recommendations and support.
- **Training and Support**: Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices for client service excellence.
- **Performance Metrics**: Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics, contributing to overall team goals.
