**What you will do**:

- Conduct research and analyze US market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and recommend optimizations to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, product, sales, analytics, business development).
- Identify and engage business development opportunities—partnerships, co-marketing, channel expansion.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets, forecasts, vendor relations, and campaign execution.
- Help prepare performance dashboards and present results to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in marketing with strong exposure to performance and growth marketing.
- Knowledge of US market dynamics, channels, consumer profiles, and regulatory considerations.
- Hands-on experience running paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Analytical mindset and fluency in using Google Analytics, BI tools, CRO tools.
- Proactive, business savvy, results-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
