- Identify and shortlist potential influences using marketing tools.
- Communicate with influences to gather pricing details and negotiate effectively.
- Draft and finalize agreements with influences to ensure clear deliverables.
- Utilize influencer marketing platforms to analyze potential influencers' reach, engagement, and audience demographics.
- Build relationships with blog writers, Facebook page admins, and other content creators for organic brand promotion. Develop and execute a strategic plan for organic growth across digital platforms.
- Manage influencer campaigns from start to finish, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate influencer efforts into the broader marketing strategy.
- Stay updated on trends in influencer marketing and social media platforms. o Maintain a network of diverse influencers and industry contacts.
- Basic knowledge of handling social media handling and running effective ad campaigns will be an additional advantage.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Proficiency in using influencer marketing tools like Upfluence, HypeAuditor, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of influencer dynamics in the Indian market is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month
