**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand and communicate the technical features of HVAC products and services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, networking, and referrals.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Projects, and Service) to ensure proper execution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering.
- MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

**Experience**:

- Freshers with strong interest in technical sales are encouraged to apply.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Good understanding of HVAC systems (training will be provided to freshers).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Customer-centric approach with solution-selling mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM tools knowledge is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic sales environment.

**Performance Metrics**:

- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Number of inquiries converted to orders.
- Quality and timeliness of customer proposals.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rate.
- Lead generation and follow-up effectiveness.

**Working Conditions**:

- Primarily field-oriented with office coordination as needed.
- On-the-job training and mentoring provided for freshers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
