Telesales Executive

telesales representative's job is to generate sales for a company by calling potential and existing customers over the phone. They are responsible for presenting products and services, answering questions, and closing sales. Responsibilities Contacting customers to inform them about products or services Answering questions about products or the company Asking questions to understand customer needs and close sales Directing prospects to the field sales team Maintaining good customer relationships Developing business by attracting customers Carrying out market research Skills Communication, Active listening, Technology knowledge, Persistence, Product knowledge, Organization, Collaboration, and Patience. Career progression The skills and experience gained as a telesales representative can be applied to other roles, such as marketing or account management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
