**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Financial Management**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and business objectives.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.

**2. Marketing and Product Promotion**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing campaigns with product offerings and market trends.
- Analyze market trends and customers’ needs to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, advertising, and promotional campaigns.

**3. Event Participation**:

- Represent the company at conferences and other events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry leaders, clients, and partners at these events.
- Coordinate and oversee event logistics, including booth setup, presentations, and networking activities.
- Evaluate event outcomes and ROI to guide future participation strategies.

**4. Strategic Planning and Collaboration**:

- Work closely with senior management to align financial and marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated solutions and initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to keep the company’s strategies current.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
