**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective parents on curriculum, facilities, fee structure, transport, and other school policies.
- Conduct school tours and ensure a welcoming experience for all visitors.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic team and office staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
- Participate in admission drives, school promotional activities, and events as needed.
- Prepare admission reports and assist in planning enrollment targets.
- Follow up with interested families and ensure timely communication.
- Build strong rapport with parents and act as a point of contact for admission-related queries.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field; specialization in communication, marketing, or education is a plus.
- Prior experience as an admission counsellor or in a similar customer-facing role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Kannada and/or Hindi is a strong advantage.
- Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized with good follow-up habits and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with school operations or CRM software is a plus.
- **Immediate joiners preferred.**

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
