Tasks

A telecaller for a chit fund company is responsible for contacting customers, answering questions, and generating sales:
Contacting customers: Telecallers reach out to potential and current customers to inform them about the company's products and services

Answering questions: Telecallers answer questions about the company and its products

Generating sales: Telecallers encourage customers to make a purchase or arrange appointments

Maintaining customer database: Telecallers keep the customer database updated and organized

Handling grievances: Telecallers preserve the company's reputation by handling

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
