**Job Title**: Tele Caller Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and existing customers to inform them about our smart home and building automation solutions.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and strategies based on feedback and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation in any stream is a must**.**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a tele-calling or BPO role, ideally in a sales-oriented capacity.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and tele-calling tools.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to reach a diverse customer base.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections and challenges with a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a sales-oriented role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with smart home and automation technologies is advantageous.
- Experience in handling a high volume of calls and managing customer relationships effectively.

**CTC**:INR 1,50,000 - 2,00,000 PA.

**Location**: Banashankari 2nd Stage Bengaluru, Karnataka

**Job Type**:Onsite (Monday to Saturday)

**Working hours (Indicative) - **9:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday

Saturday-9:30am to 5:30pm
