We at Matter Motor Works is looking for O365- System Admin Join our team.

**The Roles and Responsibilities are as follows**:

- Good understanding and 5+ experience of Serve as the primary systems administrator for Infra level Microsoft servers and services.
- Good Experience in Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, workstations, and other computer systems.
- Providing training to users on how to use Office 365 effectively.
- Creating reports about the usage of Office 365 and identifying potential areas for improvement based on the data collected.
- Resources Manage issues related to spam and malware filters quarantine processes.
- Additional access via Outlook web access Automated Mailbox archiving Mailbox scanning and warning service quota etc.,
- Managing and configuring our Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams etc.,
- Admin will also be responsible for managing user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
- Hands On Migration Deployment experience to the O365 environment is preferred User provisioning monitoring and mailbox management.
- Hands On Microsoft 365 Admin Console and Intune administrations.
- Responsible for implementing, managing and maintaining standard configurations, monitoring and analysis tools, as well as assisting with the solution of the problems as a part of the incident management process.
- Design, final testing and deployment of messaging and collaboration solutions and related systems as well as all related technical documentation as part of release management process.
- Design, implementation, administration and maintenance of O365 services in operations, under Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and related services.
- Analyzing the technical needs of customers, end-users and stakeholders while helping identify technical problems and propose solutions as a part of problem management process.
- Resolve incidents, implement and participate to problem resolutions.
- Collaborate with other teams to implement service and system monitoring, alerting and reporting of the Messaging and Collaboration services.
- Collaborate with other teams to define and develop documented procedures.
- Hands On Azure Admin knowledge experience.
- Deploy and maintain Azure resources and other cloud technologies.
- Implementation and support for Networking, Databases, Software, and Servers in the Cloud.
- Perform risk assessments of existing and new technology deployments.
- Recommend, implement, and monitor security auditing and alerting solutions.
- Monitor cloud and on-premises resources to verify integrity and availability.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, escalate as appropriate and offer solutions.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
