**Job Title: Visual Merchandiser**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Display Design**: Create eye-catching and effective visual displays that align with the brand's aesthetic and marketing strategies.
- **Store Layout**: Optimize store layouts to enhance customer flow and maximize product visibility.
- **Merchandising Standards**: Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained consistently across all locations.
- **Seasonal Campaigns**: Plan and execute seasonal and promotional displays, adapting to market trends and customer preferences.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to develop cohesive promotional strategies.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the buying team to ensure adequate stock for displays.
- **Training**: Provide guidance and training to store staff on visual merchandising techniques and best practices.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor displays, and consumer behavior to inform merchandising strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and previous visual merchandising projects.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial awareness.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
