**Roles & Responsibilities of a Visual Merchandiser**
- Finding and implementing the best product design ideas and displaying them in the best possible way.
- Improve Your In-Store Sales with Visual Merchandising Making the designs of the display area manually or digitally on a computer.
- Selecting the right product for the display, which instantly grabs the eyes of the customer.
- Window Shopping GIFs - Get the best GIF on GIPHY Picking the perfect area for displaying products, which is generally near the entrance area of the organisation.
- Making the best use of the display area and lightings available in the display area. Our thoughts, views & inspiration on the retail & design world Doing proper market research to find out what is trending in the market.
- Updating the display area’s products as per the market trends.
- Replacing old products with new ones in the display area as per the requirements. Keeping the sales department updated with new display products, so they can provide accurate details of products to the customers.
- Plan, create and execute overall business visual merchandising strategy
- Design appealing merchandise displays in order to attract visitors to the store
- Design various window displays and signs as well as special promotions displays and signs
- Test different visuals and compare results
- Identify and track key KPIs
- Produce and present KPI reports
- Manage budget and track costs and expenses
- Collaborate with other store staff
- Adjust displays in order to promote new products and special offerings
- Work and collaborate with suppliers
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends

Requirement and qualifications:

- Experience as a visual merchandiser or similar role
- Proof of a strong visual portfolio
- Experience in creating window displays, signs and interior displays
- Hands on experience with visual software (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Knowledge and understanding of innovative visual merchandising trends and best practices
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- BA in visual/fashion merchandising, exhibition design, visual communications or similar relevant field

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
