Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Visual Merchandiser located on-site in Hyderabad. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for designing and implementing window displays, arranging store layouts, and maintaining product placement to enhance the customer's shopping experience. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with the sales team, ensuring the retail space is visually appealing and aligned with the brand's standards, and facilitating customer service in a retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proven experience in retail and sales environments
  • Expertise in designing and implementing window displays
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovate design concepts
  • Experience in visual merchandising is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Design, or related field is preferred
