**Duties and responsibilities**
- The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for designing and implementing attractive visual displays in our retail store to drive sales and create a pleasant shopping environment. This role involves working closely with the Store Manager and the Visual Merchandising Manager to develop and execute merchandising strategies that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
- Create compelling and eye-catching visual displays that attract customers and encourage sales.
- Ensure displays are aligned with the brand’s image, seasonal themes, and current promotions.
- Organize and maintain the store layout to optimize traffic flow and product accessibility.
- Adjust displays and layouts regularly based on inventory changes, sales data, and customer feedback.
- Arrange merchandise in a visually appealing and strategic manner to highlight key products and promotions.
- Work closely with the Store Manager, Sales Associates, and Visual Merchandising Manager to ensure consistency in visual standards.
- Communicate merchandising plans and updates to the store team.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for display materials and props.
- Ensure timely replenishment of merchandise and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Use insights to innovate and improve visual merchandising strategies.
- Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices.
- Provide feedback and support to team members to enhance their merchandising skills.
- Ensure all displays comply with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of display areas and storage spaces.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser in a retail environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous visual merchandising work.
- Creative and artistic abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.49 - ₹40,788.41 per month
