**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Development and Growth**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, bars, restaurants, and other liquor outlets.
- Identify and target new business opportunities, ensuring consistent growth in sales revenue and distribution volume.
- Promote and sell the company’s liquor products, working to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Conduct product tastings, promotional events, and other initiatives to boost sales and introduce new products to the market.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs set by management.
- **Distribution and Logistics**:

- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and communicate with supply chain teams to prevent product shortages.
- Ensure all orders are processed and delivered according to schedule, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve any distribution or delivery issues promptly, ensuring mínimal disruption to clients.
- **Customer Support and Relationship Management**:

- Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and addressing any concerns regarding products, pricing, or distribution.
- Offer advice and solutions to clients about the best products for their specific needs.
- Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key accounts and stakeholders in the industry.
- Negotiate pricing, promotional deals, and payment terms with customers.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:

- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to provide insights to management.
- Use CRM tools and sales tracking systems to monitor progress and optimize sales efforts.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to leadership, outlining successes, challenges, and opportunities.
- **Compliance and Industry Regulations**:

- Ensure all sales activities comply with state and federal laws related to the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and licensing requirements to ensure that products are distributed legally and ethically.
- Conduct sales and marketing efforts within the legal boundaries of the liquor industry.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, distribution, or a similar role, preferably within the liquor, beverage, or alcohol industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the liquor market, including different types of alcoholic beverages and industry trends.
- Strong customer relationship management and sales negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to manage and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy cases of liquor and other materials as required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of local and regional liquor laws and regulations.
- Previous experience working in the hospitality industry or with liquor retailers.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
