**Job Title: Inbound Customer Care Executive**

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Inbound Customer Care Executive to join our team at 24x7 Services Centers. As a leading appliance repair service company in India, we cater to both residential and commercial clients, offering a full range of repair, installation, and maintenance solutions for various appliance brands and models. The Inbound Customer Care Executive will be responsible for receiving and managing customer inquiries related to appliance repair services.

**Skills**: Soft spoken, Good Communication Skills, Average English,

**Language**: Hindi + Avg. English (Regional Language will be plus point)

**Location**: Mira Road

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding repair services for appliances such as air conditioners, washing machines, TVs (LED/LCD), microwaves, water purifiers, chimneys, geysers, inverters, and refrigerators.
- Address customer queries and provide information about services, pricing, and appointment scheduling.
- Accurately log customer details and service requests into the company’s system.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely dispatch of service personnel.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with completed repairs and services.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an inbound call center environment.
- Average communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of home appliances is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
