**osition **:Customer Relations Executive - Collections Telecaller

**I ) **Handle incoming calls from & make outgoing calls to customers who have missed on their monthly payments (Collections - Soft Bucket), calling for EMI collection and recovery process
**II)** Handle incoming calls from & make outgoing sales calls to our loan customers promoting ECS ( electronic clearance system ) / SI ( standing Instruction ) / PDC ( post dated cheques ) as a regular mode of repayment of the loan ( part of the Collections Team )

1. Must be a graduate.
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
3. Should be proficient in English, Hindi & Marathi.
4. Minimum 1 year experience in a Domestic / International voice process Call Centre, preferably in **Collections **or Sales process

5. Ability to convince

6. Be able to handle escalations

**Shift**: Monday to Friday - 9:30 am to 6.00 pm, Saturday - 10.00 am to 2.00 pm
**Location**: PUNE, WAKDEWADI

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Recovery: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
