**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and creative B2B Marketing Coordinator to support our marketplace initiatives. The Coordinator will work closely with the B2B Marketing and Marketplace Strategy teams to drive engagement and growth on key eCommerce platforms. This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone interested in digital marketing, eCommerce, and business development within the beauty/skincare industry.
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Marketplaces Strategy Support**:
- Assist in researching and identifying new marketplace opportunities (e.g., Amazon, Nykaa, etc.).
- Help track and analyze competitor performance on marketplaces.
- Support the implementation of B2B marketing campaigns tailored to marketplace platforms.
- Provide insights into marketplace trends and consumer behaviour relevant to the skincare industry.
**2. Content Optimization**:
- Work on creating and updating marketplace product listings (e.g., titles, descriptions, images, videos, etc.) to improve SEO and increase conversions.
- Assist in writing compelling product copy and ensuring brand consistency across all marketplace channels.
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of product information across various eCommerce platforms.
**3. Marketing Performance & Analytics**:
- Track and report key performance metrics for marketplace campaigns (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, sales growth, etc.).
- Support the creation of regular performance reports, highlighting key takeaways and optimization recommendations.
- Assist in A/B testing campaigns to improve marketplace sales performance.
**4. B2B Partnership Support**:
- Help build and nurture relationships with key B2B partners, including digital retailers and third-party marketplace sellers.
- Assist in managing the communication flow between the brand and B2B partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Help organize and prepare marketing materials for B2B presentations and meetings.
**5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other marketing teams (e.g., social media, paid media, content) to ensure integrated marketing campaigns that align with the overall brand strategy.
- Coordinate with product and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely marketplace launches.
**6. Admin & Miscellaneous Tasks**:
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks in the B2B marketing team as needed.
- Manage project timelines and assist with scheduling meetings or calls with external partners.
**Requirement-**
**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
**Experience**:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or the beauty/skincare industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketplaces such as Amazon, Nykaa, TIRA, Myntra or others is an advantage.
**Skills**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other analytics platforms is a plus.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
