
Field Sales Executive

We are looking for **Field Sales Executives** who are hungry to perform, motivated, and ready to take ownership of dealership relationships. Relevant experience is good to have, but what matters most is your ability to **visit dealerships, take initiative, and deliver results.**
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with auto dealerships.
- Drive lead generation and explain loan products to customers.
- Assist customers in completing loan documentation.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing.
- Track dealership visits daily and maintain CRM updates.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum **1-2 years** of experience in field sales (auto/financial products preferred, but not mandatory).
- **Two-wheeler and smartphone are mandatory.**:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- A go-getter attitude with the ability to meet monthly targets.
