**Marketing Associate
- Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns across online and offline media and performance channels
- Conduct keyword research and implement comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance digital visibility and organic traffic
- Develop and manage optimised content for blogs, landing pages, and social media platforms to support branding and lead generation initiatives
- Design visual content using design tools and assist with creatives for all platforms
- Set up and monitor Meta Ads; generate insights using Google Analytics
- Manage leads and campaign performance using Zoho CRM
- Assist in influencer, distributor, and partner outreach initiatives
- Track competitor activities and suggest growth strategies
- Contribute ideas for product launches, campaigns, and reels
- Maintain a content repository and publishing calendar
- Create original content by visiting fields, exhibitions, and industry events to capture real-time photos, videos, and insights for use across digital channels - Maintain a content repository and publishing calendar

**What We’re Looking For**
- 6 months-2 years of hands-on marketing experience
- Quick learner with an **entrepreneurial mindset** — someone who figures things out
- Comfortable using tools like **ChatGPT, Photoshop, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Zoho CRM**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and self-managed
- Passionate about innovation, tech, and sustainability

**Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)**
- Basic video editing skills or interest in storytelling through reels
- Experience in B2B or agri-tech marketing
