**Marketing Associate**

**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage and create content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn.
- Assist in **LinkedIn marketing**, outreach, and engagement to build brand visibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Assist in SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing activities.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize strategies.
- Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth marketing operations.

**Requirements**:

- **0-1 year of experience** in marketing, digital media, or business development.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, Google Suite**, and marketing tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms like Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools is preferred.
- Ability to work from **our Pune office** (relocation required if not local).
