MFC is looking to hire a CFO to lead the company from a financial perspective. You will work alongside with other team members and take ownership of all company fiscal and regulatory matters. To do well in this role you should have experience as a CFO in a company with complex financials and an extensive balance sheet.

**Responsibilities**:

- Auditing the financial statements of companies.
- Filing income tax returns & GST filling.
- Tax audit, statutory audit.
- Preparing balance sheets and profit/loss accounts.
- Ensuring financial compliance with laws and regulatory standards.
- Providing financial advisory services to Management.
- Evaluating accounting systems and suggesting improvements.
- Analyzing financial reports to recommend strategies to enhance profitability and growth.
- Preparing business performance reports for management.
- Reviewing budgets, payroll, investments and other finances to reduce cost.
- Overseeing the company’s financial activities including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
- Identifying and addressing financial risks and opportunities for the company.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification : Chartered Accountant
- 4-5 Year experience in a senior management position.
- Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting.
- Experience with corporate governance.
- Proven Analytical & negotiation skills.
- Experience with budget management, public accounting and cash flow.
- Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)
- CFO: 6 years (preferred)
