You support our team as **IT Business Partner**: **Responsibilities**: - **Business-IT Coordination**: - Act as the primary liaison between the business and IT departments. - Ensure effective communication of demand requirements and oversee their timely fulfillment. - Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and translate them into IT solutions. - **Stakeholder Communication**: - Serve as the key point of contact for communication with regional stakeholders regarding IT KPIs, ongoing projects, and incident management. - Regularly update stakeholders on the status of IT initiatives and address any concerns promptly. - **Escalation Management**: - Manage and resolve escalations related to IT services, ensuring swift action to minimize impact on business operations. - Coordinate with relevant teams to address and resolve issues in a timely manner. - **Global Team Coordination**: - Work closely with the global IT team to align project requirements and the responsibilities of the Business Partner role. - Ensure global IT initiatives are effectively implemented within the region. - **Project Management**: - Lead key IT projects, including requirement gathering, stakeholder identification, project assignment, and delivery oversight. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent with 10 to 15 years of IT and business/industry work experience.
