Npi IT Business Partner

As NPI IT Business Partner you will be part of IT Eng organization, reporting directly to Head of IT Engineering & Dev Excellence and matrix to VP (Integrated Program Management). This role is responsible for partnering with different stakeholders from business and IT organization. You shall challenge the status quo and help Garrett define next generation of systems for NPI (New Product Introduction) landscape, based on company strategy/capabilities needed and evolving technologies/trends. The role includes owning the Program Management organization tools (umbrella systems for NPI), and orchestrating the related NPI IT landscape under, working closely with Enterprise Architecture. Strong collaboration is require with broader IT organization in terms of security, infrastruture, SW development, EA and Data excellence teams, together with wider business stakeholders with aim to balance cost optimization, rationalize complexity and build the future.

Responsibilities:
**Stakeholder Management**
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to deliver cost-effective and efficient systems solutions, targetting NPI for addressing business challenges, in alignment with Garrett IT strategy
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and establish partnership, effectively communicating progress, decision-making processes, and prioritization.
- owning the systems landscape together with enterprise architecture
- help define and execute change of future systems for PM organization and NPI 2,0 system orchestration
- Strong alignment with business (cross functional domains) to break silos and help identify transformation of cross functional processes, with automation, AI and other progressive trends
- Play a key role from IT standpoint and be a stakeholder of the Moby project (complex product including HW/SW/EE)
- Challenge the ways of thinking to bring in step change for Garrett future NPI landscape
- Manage ambiguity and take/enable decisions without having all datapoints

**Strategic mindset and drive**
- Establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders and IT, helping to define the next genration (NPI 2,0) system roadmap and value drive prioritized execution
- Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives by leveraging industry best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions to enhance the capabilities of the IT team and support the strategic growth of Garrett
- Drive High Performance culture within IT and with business stakeholders
- Complete ownership for PM tools (from ideation, development, roll out and maintenance)
- Actively coordinate all phases of project from concept, project planning, development, execution, monitoring to project closure
- Being courageous and getting things done with internal/external teams
- Ensure all pre-requisites for system transformation in NPI landscape are accounted for (data, integration, architectural principles & flexibility), together with ease of system usage

**Change management**
- Influence leadership and lead by example, together with external consultants, by orchestrating different dimensions of the NPI landscape (data, integration, architectural principle & flexibility, UX, progressive trends)
- Drive change management with business stakeholders for the next generation system/process landscape
- Manage system transformation initiatives based on company value and functional views
- active management and mitigation of technology related risks(e.g. Data Loss Prevention, Business continuity), track security and compliance-related KPIs and metrics, and assist with reporting on those metrics to stakeholders
- Enable adoption of new ways of working based on transformed process and system landscape
- Collaborate with extended IT teams (DevExcellence, Data Excellencey, Enterprise Architecture) to ensure standarized appropach is followed while excution of system changes

**Qualification**:
Bachelor's OR Masters Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.

**Experience**:
At least 10-12 years of experience in the field of Software Development, Business Partnering
Significant experience with large enginering enterprise systems, especially in definition and implementation (minimum 9 years.)
Experienced with cloud-based systems and architecture in terms of integrating on cloud, knowledge on latest trends and prpgressive technologies(AI/ML, Composoable architectures)
Strong business partnership and collaboration skills, in terms of understanding the need and challenging stakeholders to select best in class systems, including influencing business stakeholders in alignment with Garrett IT strategy
