**Position**: Customer Support Executive (Blended Process)
**Salary**: Up to INR 35,000 CTC + Incentives up to INR 15,000
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year exp required
**Typing Speed**: Minimum 30 words per minute (WPM)
**Education**: Graduation required
**Job ResponsibilitiesEscalation Desk**
- Address and resolve escalated customer issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure proper resolution of high-priority concerns.
**Training Duration**
- 20 days
**Requirements**:
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to type a minimum of **30 words per minute (WPM)**.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
