**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate and develop new business opportunities in the **US IT market**.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet client requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and close deals effectively.
- Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹16,950.54 - ₹25,331.83 per month
