Hi All,

**Position Details**:

- **Department**: Claims
- **Package**: Up to ₹35,000 (based on skills and interview performance)
- **Experience**: Maximum 1 year (Freshers are also welcome to apply)

As a Health Claims Executive, you will be responsible for handling health-related insurance claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of claims for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess and document claims information accurately and promptly.
- Guide clients through the claims process, providing clear explanations of their coverage and what to expect.
- Coordinate with internal teams to investigate claims and gather necessary documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding the status of their claims and any additional information required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
