
Office Assistant

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises, including pantry and meeting rooms.
- Refill office supplies (stationery, beverages, etc.) as needed.
- Perform errands such as:
- Delivering and collecting documents/packages
- Visiting banks or vendors
- Purchasing or collecting office supplies
- Assist with office maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
- Help with physical tasks such as lifting, moving furniture, or setting up meeting spaces.
- Serve tea/coffee/snacks to staff and guests as required.
- Support the administrative staff in filing, organizing documents, and general tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle documents with care.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Education**:10th Pass (preferred)**:
- Work Experience**:2-3 years of relevant experience** (preferred)
- Must own and be able to ride a **Two-Wheeler**:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Positive, polite, and helpful attitude
- Physically fit and able to lift or carry moderate loads
**Language Skills**:
- **Gujarati** - Fluent
- **Hindi** - Fluent
- **English** - Basic understanding preferred
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
