**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Manage and maintain office files, records, and documentaƟon.

**Billing and Financial Tasks**:

- Create and manage invoices, bills, and payment records.
- Maintain accurate records of transacƟons and financial documents.

**Tender Preparation**:

- Assist in preparing and compiling tender documents in accordance with

requirements.
- Ensure all tender submissions are complete, accurate, and submiƩed on Ɵme.
- Maintain and update tender-related documentaƟon and records.

**General Office Duties**:

- Provide support to other staff members as required.
- Perform data entry and maintain databases.
- Handle confidenƟal informaƟon with discreƟon.
- Assist in organizing company events and meeƟngs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proficiency in MicrosoŌ Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and billing soŌware.
- Ability to create bills and prepare tender documents accurately.
- Strong organizaƟonal and Ɵme-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and wriƩen communicaƟon abiliƟes.
- AƩenƟon to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
