**Office Assistant Job Responsibilities**:
**Job Summary**:
The Office Assistant provides administrative support to the team and ensures daily office activities are organized and efficient. This role involves a variety of tasks such as managing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, assisting with scheduling, and supporting other administrative functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Assist in managing daily office operations and handle general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing paperwork, and maintaining record, maintain employee leave records.
- **Scheduling and Calendar Management**: Help schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives or team members.
- **Office Supplies Management**: Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed, ensuring the office is always stocked with necessary materials.
- **Data Entry**: Input data into spreadsheets, databases, and other systems. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- **Document Preparation**: Draft, proofread, and prepare various documents, including reports, memos, and presentations. Maintain an employee master. Prepare Salary

- **Clerical Support**: Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.
- **Team Collaboration**: Assist team members with various tasks and projects as needed.
- **Maintain Office Organization**: Ensure the office is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Prior experience in an office environment or administrative role is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and professional demeanour

**Work Environment**:

- Typically works in an office setting
- May involve interacting with various departments, clients, and visitors

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
