**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Coordinate with various departments for basic operational needs.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in administration or related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in an office assistant or administrative support role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
