**Day to day responsibilities would involve**:

- Process online orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all relevant information is captured. Coordinate with the warehouse or fulfilment team to ensure timely order fulfilment and shipment.
- Ensuring correct and accurate inventory is reflecting across all channels and updating the inventory on channels which requires manual update.
- Work with supply chain team to ensure stocks are aligned as per sales target.
- Monitor inventory levels, identify stock shortages, and collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure product availability.
- Follow up with warehouse daily to check for any problems with order processing.
- Proactively communicate with marketplaces inquiries and issues.
- Ensuring orders dispatched are being tracked and delivered within timelines.
- Track returns and exchanges on website and marketplaces and ensuring inventory is updated on daily basis and all returns and exchanges are accounted for.
- Ensuring refunds are processed as per set processes and policies for the orders returned by website customers.
- Daily and Monthly reporting of all the key parameters to team head.

**Qualification**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business.
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites and e com portals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with online payment systems and logistics processes.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to create listings of products on online portals like amazon, flipkart, myntra, etc
- Understanding of online sales space to create promotions as and when required
- Basic Image capturing and editing abilities to be able to use in the listings
- Monitor orders and build a plan for growth

**Nice to have skills**
- Experience in Online listing & selling
- MS Word, Photo shoot &Photoshop
- Cost Analysis of competitors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
