Factory Supervisor

**Urgent Hiring Factory Supervisor in bitumen manufacturing company.**

Location:

- **Derabassi**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Oversight**:

- Supervise day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate with production teams to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
- Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely maintenance.
- **Quality Control**:

- Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet industry standards and customer expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any deviations from quality standards.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce and promote a culture of safety among factory staff.
- Conduct regular safety meetings, inspections, and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and protocols.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production workers.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide coaching and training to enhance the skills of the production team.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate timely shipments.
- Implement efficient inventory control measures to minimize waste.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Provide regular updates to management on production performance and efficiency.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
