**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and guide maintenance technicians in day-to-day activities.
- Oversee repair and preventive maintenance of machines, equipment, and facilities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure smooth,
- Plan and implement preventive & predictive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement.
- Support the Installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve reliability.

**Qualification & Skills**:

- Bachelor's Degree in **Mechanical or Electrical engineering.**:

- **3-4 years** of maintenance experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and team handling.
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
