**Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Plant Supervisor to lead our manufacturing facility in Dera Bassi. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the plant, manage a growing team, and ensure our products are made on time, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key leadership position for someone who enjoys building systems, leading teams, and making an impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Operations**:Manage day-to-day plant activities including production, staffing, planning, and logistics.
- **Production Management**:Ensure that products are manufactured efficiently, on schedule, and meet the required quality standards.
- **Team Leadership**:Lead and support a team of supervisors, operators, and support staff to achieve performance goals.
- **Goal Alignment**:Collaborate with company leadership to set production targets and continuously improve plant operations.
- **Supply Chain Coordination**:Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with vendors to maintain an uninterrupted supply chain.
- **Facility Maintenance**:Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure the plant remains safe, clean, and well-organized.
- **Culture & Engagement**:Foster a work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and a strong plant culture.
- **Process Improvement**:Identify opportunities to streamline operations and reduce costs without affecting product quality.
- **Compliance & Safety**:Ensure the plant operates in full compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Graduate degree in any discipline. A background in operations or management is preferred.
- **Experience**:Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, including at least 1 years in a leadership role.
- **Leadership Skills**:Strong team management, conflict resolution, and motivational skills.
- **Operational Knowledge**:Familiarity with basic manufacturing workflows, supply chain coordination, and production planning.
- **Problem Solving**:Ability to make sound decisions, troubleshoot issues quickly, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- **Communication**:Clear and confident communicator in both English and Hindi/Punjabi.
- **Work Ethic**:Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven approach to daily operations.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or food processing.
- Familiarity with advanced additive manufacturing (3D printing) technologies and materials.
- Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or precision manufacturing.
- Familiarity with quality standards like ISO 13485, ISO 9001, or GMP.
- Exposure to ERP systems or digital tools used in manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in scaling or setting up manufacturing operations in a startup or innovation-driven setting.
- An understanding of safety and compliance best practices in a factory or production setup.
