We are seeking a skilled and experienced Deboning Supervisor to join our team at our SYRA Foods an poultry slaughtering plant. The Deboning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the deboning process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to Foods safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of poultry processing procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the deboning process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient production while maintaining quality standards.
- Train and mentor deboning Labour, providing guidance on proper techniques, Foods safety procedures, and quality control measures.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust Labour levels as needed to meet production targets.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues that may arise during the deboning process.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including sanitation protocols, to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Keep accurate records of production output and any incidents or accidents that occur during the deboning process.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding production updates, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Uphold a positive work culture that prioritizes teamwork, respect, and accountability among deboning staff.

**Salary**: ₹13,092.15 - ₹25,782.72 per month
