Production Executive

**Requirements include**:

- Minimum of 2 years Supervisor Production/Manufacturing experience in Water for Injection Plant.
- Must Have FDA approved license in SVP Production

**Main Responsibilities will include (but not limited to)**:

- Plan, organize and direct day-to-day operations to meet the company’s expectations for safety, productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by ensuring regulatory and company standard and practices are adhered to.
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
- Effective analytical, planning, and organizational skills to track labor and cost across the manufacturing departments.
- Foster a culture of continual improvement and a focus on best practices.
- Lead continuous process and systems improvements for future production efforts.
- Work collaboratively with the other departments to ensure department and company objectives are achieved.
- Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.
- Model and promotes the company’s mission and values.
- Working knowledge of GMP and Safety Regulation.
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and strong computer skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dera Bassi, Mohali - 140507, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Production water for injection plant: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- FDA approved License (preferred)
