Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated BAMS graduate to join our team in managing end-to-end Ayurvedic product development and coordination. This role involves formulation review, product approval documentation, regulatory value checks (including RDA), costing oversight, and coordination with printing and packaging teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Formulation Support:

- Assist in reviewing and optimizing Ayurvedic formulations based on classical texts and modern requirements.
- Work closely with R&D and production teams to ensure feasibility and compliance.
- Documentation & Regulatory Compliance:

- Prepare and maintain product approval documents in accordance with AYUSH and other regulatory standards.
- Ensure completeness of dossiers for internal and external product clearances.
- Verify RDA (Recommended Dietary Allowance) values for ingredients to ensure legal and safe formulations.
- Costing & Coordination:

- Collaborate with the finance and production teams to finalize Ayurvedic product costing sheets.
- Check cost-effectiveness without compromising on product quality or authenticity.
- Printing & Packaging:

- Verify and approve label content in coordination with design and compliance teams.
- Cross-check pack claims, ingredient lists, and legal declarations before printing.
- Coordinate with printing vendors and ensure timely delivery of printed packaging materials.
- Product Lifecycle Monitoring:

- Track the status of product development from concept to launch.
- Maintain records and logs for each stage of the process.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Sound knowledge of Ayurvedic pharmaceutics and classical formulations.
- Familiarity with AYUSH, FSSAI, and other regulatory bodies.
- Understanding of RDA norms and health supplement regulations.
- Strong documentation and compliance skills.
- Detail-oriented approach to costing and labeling.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective coordination and communication abilities.

Preferred:

- Internship or prior experience in Ayurvedic pharma, especially in product documentation or regulatory roles.
- Knowledge of ERP tools for documentation or costing.

Pay: ₹10,480.54 - ₹26,495.13 per month
