**Role Description**:
**Manufacturing & Production Management**
- Supervise production of immediate-release tablets, effervescent tablets, granules, chewable tablets, and similar dosage forms.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower and resources for timely batch execution.
- Review and maintain **Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR)** and **Batch Packing Records (BPR)**.

**Regulatory & Compliance**
- Ensure strict compliance with **GMP**, **Schedule M**, and **FSSAI** guidelines.
- Implement and monitor **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)**.
- Maintain documentation and ensure readiness for internal/external audits.

**Quality Control & Process Optimization**
- Collaborate with **QA/QC** for in-process checks and product quality assurance.
- Identify and troubleshoot process deviations.
- Support validation and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

**Team Coordination & Training**
- Work in close coordination with R&D, QA, and Warehouse teams to ensure streamlined operations.
- Train and guide production staff on compliance and operational best practices.

**Experience**:

- Minimum **2-3 years** in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with hands-on experience in tablets, capsules, and sachet dosage forms.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Exposure to effervescent and chewable formulations
- Knowledge of GMP, FSSAI, and Schedule M regulatory frameworks
- Strong documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills
