**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Operations**:

- Supervise and manage daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor and maintain production equipment for optimal efficiency.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure compliance with food/pharma industry standards and regulatory requirements during production.
- Prepare and participate in quality audits and address audit observations effectively.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure product quality and consistency.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality, maintenance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless production operations.
- Train and guide team members on production processes and safety protocols.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of production data, including yields, wastage, and downtime.
- Prepare reports on production performance and suggest process improvements.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and promote a culture of safety among team members.
- Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensure compliance with relevant certifications.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Degree or diploma in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Food Technology).
- 2 years of experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
- Hands-on experience with quality audits and compliance processes.
- Knowledge of HACCP and other relevant industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage production teams and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office is an advantage.
