**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Mould Maintenance & Repair**:

- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of injection/blow moulds.
- Schedule routine inspection and maintenance activities to avoid unplanned downtimes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in moulds and ensure timely repair and reconditioning.
- Maintain records of mould history and maintenance logs.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed documentation for mould usage, repairs, and performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
- Track maintenance KPIs such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).
- **Quality & Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure all maintenance activities meet ISO/TS/QA standards.
- Implement and monitor 5S, Kaizen, and TPM practices within the department.
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- **Cost Control & Planning**:

- Plan and control maintenance budgets.
- Optimize resource utilization and reduce wastage.
- Evaluate vendors for external mould maintenance services, if required.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
