**Role Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor ointment filling machines for tubes, jars, or containers as per batch requirements.
- Set up and adjust machine parameters such as fill volume, sealing temperature, and crimping.
- Ensure correct loading of bulk ointment material and proper alignment of packaging components.
- Conduct in-process checks for fill weight, sealing integrity, leakage, and labelling accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and surrounding area in compliance with GMP and hygiene standards.
- Perform line clearance and machine sanitization before and after each batch as per SOPs.
- Complete batch production records, equipment logs, and other required documentation.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance for technical support.
- Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE at all times.
- Report any deviations, discrepancies, or equipment malfunctions to the Production Supervisor.
- Assist with preventive maintenance and line changeovers as needed.

**Key Requirements**:

- Familiarity with semi-automatic and automatic ointment filling machines.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of pharmaceutical machinery.
- Awareness of hygiene and regulatory requirements in the pharma industry.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures.

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
