**Job Overview**:
As a Warehouse & Sales Assistant, you will be involved in multiple aspects of day-to-day operations—from assisting customers in the showroom to managing inventory, fulfilling orders, packing gifts and hampers, and ensuring smooth dispatch and delivery processes. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Showroom & Sales Support**
- Assist walk-in clients with product queries and gift selection
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing showroom
- Process sales and coordinate with the billing team for invoicing
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up as needed

**Warehouse & Inventory Management**
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming stock
- Organize and maintain product inventory efficiently
- Track stock levels and report shortages or surpluses
- Handle stock movement between warehouse and showroom

**Packing & Fulfilment**
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and neatly
- Gift-wrap individual products and assemble hampers with care
- Ensure timely and secure packaging and labeling for deliveries
- Occasionally assist with delivering orders, as required

**Other Duties**
- Coordinate with the logistics team and vendors for timely shipments
- Support in warehouse cleanliness, shelf labeling, and stock rotation
- Help during exhibitions or promotional events if needed

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in retail, warehousing, or customer-facing roles (gifting industry is a plus)
- Basic understanding of inventory systems and order processing and knowledge of MS Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A flair for neatness, creativity, and attention to detail in packing
- Willingness to pitch in with various tasks and learn on the go
- Physically fit and comfortable handling light to moderate lifting
- Ability to use basic digital tools or apps for tracking stock/orders

**Work Hours**:
11 AM to 8 PM
(Some flexibility required during busy gifting seasons)

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
